jlll1 does not sell, rent, or commercially license your personal data to third parties. Data shared with service providers — such as payment processors and game providers — is limited to what is strictly necessary for delivering jlll1 services and is governed by binding data processing agreements.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Account data is retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure to meet PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping obligations.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses risk to member rights and freedoms, jlll1 will notify affected members and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within the timeframes specified by Republic Act 10173 and its implementing rules and regulations.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected by jlll1 in connection with its online gaming platform at jlll1.vip. By registering an account or using jlll1 services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. 10.2 In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm to affected Members, jlll1 will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Members as soon as practicable, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.
10.3 No internet transmission is entirely without risk. While jlll1 maintains robust security measures, it cannot guarantee absolute security against all potential threats. Members are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords for their jlll1 account and to enable SMS two-factor authentication.
11.1 Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by jlll1:

Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data in your jlll1 account.

jlll1 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years of age. This is not merely a policy preference — it is a requirement under Philippine gaming law. jlll1 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21, and any account found to be registered by an underage individual will be immediately closed with funds returned subject to verification.
12.1 jlll1 implements mandatory age verification as part of its KYC process. No real-money gaming activity may be conducted until age and identity have been verified to jlll1's satisfaction. This process includes submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
12.2 If jlll1 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, it will immediately delete that data, close the associated account, and — if applicable — report the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with regulatory obligations.
12.3 Parents or guardians who believe a minor has registered on jlll1 should contact the support team immediately via live chat so that appropriate action can be taken without delay.

15.3 Continued use of jlll1 services following the effective date of any Policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using jlll1 and close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure set out in the Terms & Conditions.
