This Agreement governs your use of the jlll1 platform, including all games, services, promotions, and financial transactions. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any real-money wagers at jlll1.

4.1 Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jlll1 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, identities, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances associated with all duplicate accounts.
4.2 All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly in the event of any change. jlll1 accepts no liability for any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain current and accurate account information.
4.3 jlll1 employs a mandatory KYC verification process. Before any withdrawal may be processed, Members are required to submit satisfactory proof of:

5.1 Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their jlll1 login credentials, including username and password. jlll1 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
5.2 You must not share your jlll1 account credentials with any third party. Account sharing — including permitting a family member, friend, or agent to access your account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
5.3 You agree to notify jlll1 immediately via live chat or the registered support email if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. jlll1 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Member failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
5.4 jlll1 implements two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for new device and new browser sessions. Members are strongly encouraged to ensure their registered Philippine mobile number remains active and accessible.
6.1 Currency. All financial transactions on jlll1 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate; any applicable conversion fees are borne by the Member.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at jlll1 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits that trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds under applicable AML regulations may be subject to additional verification.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlll1 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

11.3 Any unauthorized use of jlll1 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in civil or criminal proceedings.
12.1 jlll1 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jlll1 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and game integrity, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlll1's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1 jlll1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
13.2 Upon account closure for cause, jlll1 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no misconduct is subsequently confirmed, the verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 Members wishing to voluntarily close their jlll1 account may do so by contacting live chat support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's designated withdrawal method following final account review.

15.1 jlll1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlll1 will notify active members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
15.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly stated at the top. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
15.3 Continued use of jlll1 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not agree to the revised Terms, they should close their account in accordance with Section 13.3 before the amendment takes effect.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with these Terms or a Member's use of jlll1 services shall first be referred to jlll1 customer support for good-faith resolution. Members are encouraged to submit a formal complaint via live chat or the official support email before escalating to any external authority.
16.3 Disputes that cannot be resolved through internal channels may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures, where applicable. Members retain the right to seek relief through the appropriate courts of the Philippines if PAGCOR mediation does not produce a satisfactory resolution.
16.4 By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the procedures described in this Section.
